Michel and Gwenaël Laroche have created, in the heart of Chablis, a tastful and refined environment for tasting their wines where History and Modernity cohabit perfectly.
History is all around you in this old grain mill built in the 18th century, in the original Winemakers Quarter overlooking the river Serein.

Modernity is given to you through the entire restoration of the building in their deliberate choice of a comtemporary style, neverthless respectful of Tradition and original materials.
The restaurant room, situated in the place of the old mill machinery, offers a view and a conviviality unique in Chablis.
